Hello Skiers,

Ski areas are opening up with natural snow and snow making. See list below, note restrictions and check details on websites. To be clear, all the ski terrain is not open yet, but you can definitely have fun and make turns. Plus, the weather will be great with bluebird skies and good visibility. There might be some frost on the roads, so be careful on the drive

Youll ski in the sun on Friday and Saturday, with breezy conditions at times. High pressure will continue to block storms and keep the weather clear into the weekend. More clouds mixed with the sun will be seen on Sunday.

After partly sunny skies on Sunday, expect a weak storm on Monday to deliver minor new snowfall (trace - 2, mainly Baker) to begin the week. Tuesday a stronger storm comes in with 3-6 of new snow and a 4,500 SL.

We are getting the ski season started and with more snow ahead, youll see more ski areas opening Thanksgiving and into next weekend.
