Hello Powder Alert Fans,

  • MONDAY: Rain early for lower and mid slopes
  • TUESDAY: Snow for mid to upper slopes
  • WEDNESDAY: Light snow showers
  • THURSDAY: Dry with just a few snow showers
Hello Skiers & Boarders,

Windy with moderate rainfall for Sunday and early Monday, so that's probably a good time to get caught up with activities around the house or at work. The map below is the cumulative precipitation for the 48 hours ending late Monday afternoon. Many areas in the red/orange colors represent 3 to 5 inches. With high snow levels, that will mainly mean rain.

Late Monday and into Tuesday, cold air returns with snowfall of up to 4 inches for the mid and upper slopes during the day. Wednesday, just some light snow showers, and for Thursday, most models show a ridge of high-pressure building for a dry pattern.

Extended Outlook
For Friday and Saturday, a ridge of high pressure should be in place, bringing dry and warming conditions.

See you out there!

Andrea and friends at Crystal on Wednesday. Sunny groomers and cold enough for areas of fluff. Even the crud was skiing ok.

And just to make sure you don't forget about some great PNW Powder Days, here's a look at one of Chelsea's days at Crystal Mountain.
