Hello Skiers,

There will be some fine skiing coming up in the next week with new snow at times and breaks in the weather too. The snowpack will continue to improve with several storms in the forecast for the next week. However be cautious, as early season conditions exist in some spots.

Expect sunshine early Thursday, then increasing clouds as a weather system approaches with a 1,500 ft snow level (SL). Snowfall Thursday night into Friday will be 2-7 spread evenly through the WA Cascades, but with little snow falling in Oregon and only 1-3 for the Inland NW. Snow will taper off on by later in the day on Friday but expect breezy conditions at times, so bundle up.

Saturday will see another break with a chance of snow, but the snow will increase Saturday night into Sunday as another system moves into the NW. Snowfall will be modest at 1-3 with a 3,000 ft snow level.

Next week will see breaks in the weather on Monday, but another system later Tuesday into Wednesday with light snow for another refresh.

Happy Holidays
