Hello skiers,

This may be the final powder storm of the season. But the snow is deep and coverage is excellent next week the spring skiing will be outstanding in the sun

Friday night expect 2-6 of new snow, so when you arrive there will be fresh waiting for your turns. This will be quality snowfall with a 1,000 ft snow level. Thats a rare and very low snow level for April. The storm will remain in progress for the early part of the day with another 2-4. A convergence zone in the central Cascades may favor additional snowfall at the Summit and Stevens. The storm will move along, so partial clearing is possible by late in the day. It will be cold, so bundle up.

Sunday will see substantial clearing with sunshine, but it will be cold. Groomers will be excellent and there will be primo powder leftover stashes, waiting for you to find them.

I have high confidence next week looks dry and mostly sunny with wonderful spring skiing. The weather will be warming especially by later in the week as the spring melt begins in the lower elevations.
