There is a hint of fall in the air as leaves are starting to yellow and days get shorter.

I will have a more detailed winter outlook coming up in early October but we have moved out of the snow reducing El Nino pattern to a neutral pattern - which is much better. Neutral is not passive or boring, but robust and more like normal for the NW. And normal is great and means lots of snow.
